General instructions

The Light Discount Pack contains low dosages of Viagra (50 mg) and Cialis (10 mg).

When not to use?

Allergy. Cialis and Viagra are not recommended for use if you have a history of allergy to Sildenafil Citrate, Tadalafil, or any other component of these medicines.
Nitrate-containing medicines. Viagra and Cialis are not recommended if you are using any medicine containing nitrates.
Riociguat. Cialis and Viagra are not recommended for use if you are consuming a medicine named Riociguat.
Interaction with alcohol (moderate)
Use of alcohol while taking Cialis or Viagra may increase the blood pressure-lowering effect of this medicine. Caution is advised especially in patients who are chronic alcohol users. Use of alcohol should be avoided or kept to a minimal level while you are taking Cialis or Viagra. Symptoms like dizziness, fainting, flushing, persistent headaches should be reported to the doctor.

Disease interactions

Cardiovascular disease (severe)

Report the incidence of any disease of the heart and blood vessel to the doctor. Use of Cialis or Viagra is not recommended in such patients especially the ones who are advised to refrain from any sexual activity due to the risk of adverse effects on the heart.
Kidney disease (severe)

Report the incidence of any kidney disease to the doctor. Use of Cialis or Viagra is not recommended in patients having severe kidney impairment. If the impairment is mild, then this medicine can be used with suitable dose adjustments.
Obstructive disease of the lungs (severe)

Report the incidence of any obstructive disease of the lungs (veno-occlusive disease, emphysema, bronchitis, etc.). Use of Cialis is not recommended as the risk of adverse effects is significantly high.
Priapism (moderate)

Report the incidence of prolonged and painful erection to the doctor. This may be due to underlying conditions such as sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or deformation of the penis. The risk of permanent tissue (penis) damage is high in such patients, and hence caution is advised while administering Cialis or Viagra.
Disease of the retina (moderate)

Cialis and Viagra should be used with caution in patients suffering from a disorder of the retina in which color discrimination is impaired. Use of this medicine should be avoided in this case.

Warnings

Hypotension. Consumption of Cialis or Viagra can cause a mild and short-lasting decrease in blood pressure. Caution should be exercised if you are taking any medication for lowering high blood pressure.
Deformation of the penis. Cialis and Viagra should be used with caution in patients having a physical deformity of the penis which may be due to angulation, cavernosal fibrosis, or Peyronie's disease. The risk of permanent loss of sexual potency is high in such cases.
Prolonged and painful erection. Cialis and Viagra should be used with caution if you have had a painful erection lasting for more than 4 hours. This may be due to an underlying condition like sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia. Loss of hearing. Cialis and Viagra may cause a sudden decrease in hearing capabilities along with clinging sound in the ears and dizziness. Contact your doctor immediately if such symptoms are observed.
Loss of vision. Cialis or Viagra may cause a sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes. It may also cause impairment in color differentiation capacity. It should be used with extreme caution in patients suffering from this rare genetic disorder of the retina called Retinitis Pigmentosa.
Heart disease. Cialis and Viagra should be used with caution if you have a condition of the heart and blood vessels. Use of this medicine is not recommended if your doctor has asked to not indulge in any sexual activity due to a risk of adverse effect on the heart.
Surgery. Report the use of Viagra or Cialis before undergoing any surgery including dental procedures.
Seizure disorder. Use of Cialis has been associated with increased frequency and severity of convulsion and hence should be used with caution in patients who have epilepsy or any other seizure disorder. Liver/kidney disease. Cialis should be used with caution in patients having an impairment of normal liver/kidney function. Use of this medicine is not recommended if the impairment is severe. Appropriate dose adjustment and frequent clinical monitoring are advised in case of mild to moderate impairment.
Pregnancy. Cialis and Viagra are not recommended for consumption by pregnant women unless needed. Consult a doctor and discuss the benefits and risks before taking this medicine.
Breastfeeding. Nursing mothers should avoid the use of Cialis and Viagra. Consult your doctor so that a suitable substitute may be advised.
Pediatric use. Cialis and Viagra are not recommended for use in patients aged below 18 years.
